The Birmingham Showcase Festival is showcasing true bass culture and putting the UK’s second city right back on the map when it comes to those underground beats. UTC will be hosting the street and they intend to nothing more than it says on the tin when it comes to pushing the boundaries within the electronica scene. Not only that but they only managed to bag 3 of Londons finest residents of the groundbreaking clubnight TEMPO CLASH.
Tempo Clash are a collective based out of London consisting of 5 of the most forward moving producers on the roster. Kutmah, Blue Daisy, OM Unit, Kidkanevil and Offshore. The gang formed back in November 2011 and been setting the bench mark in the nations capital with their energy filled bass heavy soirees. In turn this has recently caught the eye of FACT magazine, The Boiler Room and RBMA to name a few with their successes.

Alongside tempo Clash support will come in the form of the full UTC residents lineup as well as guests sets from the wonky Hi Fi crew and Big Dirty records family. If this werent enough we will be building a full chillout area in amongst the madness and have invited some of the midlands most celebrated artists to join us for a live gallery install on the night. With wonkey HiFi powering the sound with there bass rich system this going to be one huge night for the birmingham electronic music community. As well as all this there will be exclusive give aways from some of our favourite independent clothing brands visuals by Blendstate and a whole lot more!
