As you know we like to mix it up here at FACE and cater for everyone in the coolest way possible, mainly because we’re all about different vibes ourselves although we are primarily seen as a House Music night. Anyway, after the success of our first show featuring our friends “Peace’ (who are now currently touring with some band called the ‘Manic Street Preachers’), we return this weekend with our next instalment of the hugely popular FACE Live.
This time it’s in collaboration with VICE magazines touring club brand Noisey Nights and the event will be headlined by Birmingham locals – Troumaca and Manchester’s deep house duo – H2. FACE Live happens sporadically, we’ll always surprise them on you and along with it comes an earlier start time of 8pm too. So get down here from the start, drink & mingle with your friends and enjoy some quality live music in the courtyard prior to the following club night vibe. Our resident dj’s and friends – This Is Tomorrow will also be on hand before, during & afterwards to keep you buzzing all night long. It’ll be the shit! so dont miss it. Troumaca are a fast rising five piece outfit from Birmingham via St. Vincent & The Grenadines. The group have seen plenty of praise from the likes of NME flood in recently, with their first release, The Gems EP, winning just as much praise from fans. They have been championed on Radio 1 by the likes of Huw Stephens and Zane Lowe and are currently playing all over the UK with plenty of European festival dates lined-up. Why? Well, the group melt dub with indie and tropical beats and bass with strong lyrics. The percussive is live and alive and helps propel each track along with plenty of exoticism not normally associated with dancing music.

Meanwhile, H2 aka Tez Perez and Danny Hevingham are a fast rising production and live performance duo from Manchester. As well as regularly rocking clubs like Sankeys – where they were former residents – and the Limba night at Joshua Brooks, they have produced some mega dancefloor bombs for the likes of Get Physical, Cecile and recently remixed german tech house specialists Piemont on their Sutreflex label as well as Popof and more on Sven Väth’s Cocoon imprint. They’ve already gained huge support from the likes of Maceo Plex, Edu Imbernon, Nick Curly, Huxley, Anthea & Celler, Russ Yallop, M’In, Leon and many more, with plenty to come in the near future.
